What we kindly ask:
 

  • Use the app for your own self-care – ideally for 5-15 minutes per week

  • If you wish, try it with clients or patients between September and November, ideally for 10-15 minutes per month (with groups or individuals, suitable for indoor settings)

  • Share brief monthly feedback via a simple online form (about 15 minutes)

  • Check your SPAM folder in case our information package didn’t go through

We at InnerGarden are a team of six psychologists passionate about nature-based interventions.

We’re inviting a limited group of early users to co-create this unique InnerGarden tool during its growth phase.


With 15 years of experience, we focus on mental resilience, burnout prevention, sustainable performance, and well-being at work. Our startup combines psychology, technology, and therapeutic horticulture.


Based in Prague, we work internationally - fulfilling our vision that people can cultivate healthy support from within.
