Welcome to innergarden.ai – an online psychological application that helps you generate personalized guided visualizations and relaxation sessions with the support of artificial intelligence.

 

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using innergarden.ai. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Registration and Access

    •    Use of innergarden.ai is completely free.
    •    To access and use our guided visualizations, you must create an account.
    •    Registration is free and requires only your email address.
    •    You may also register or log in using your Google or Facebook account.

2. Privacy and Data Use

    •    We collect and store only your email address for the purpose of account management (e.g., password reset).
    •    Your email will never be shared with third parties.
    •    We do not use your email for marketing unless you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter.
    •    Subscribing to the newsletter is optional and provides updates about new features in the app.

3. Use of the Application

  • All content on innergarden.ai, including but not limited to audio recordings, texts, visuals, software, and generated sessions, is protected by copyright and is the exclusive property of Your Solution, s.r.o. or its licensors.

  • Inner Garden is a registered trademark in Canada.

  • You may not reproduce, store, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit any content from the app, except for its intended personal use to support your psychological well-being.

  • Any unauthorized use of the content or trademark is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Account Security

    •    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
    •    Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Modifications and Updates

    •    We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are made, we will notify registered users.
    •    Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
